The TP-Link Omada ER7212PC is a Gigabit VPN Router that integrates PoE+ support and controller functionality for business networks. It provides secure connectivity with IPsec, L2TP, and PPTP VPN protocols, enabling encrypted remote access for branch offices or employees.

The router features 8 Gigabit PoE+ ports (IEEE 802.3af/at) to power IP cameras, VoIP phones, and access points directly, simplifying installation and reducing cable clutter. It also includes 2 Gigabit SFP WAN/LAN ports and 1 Gigabit RJ45 WAN port for flexible connectivity.

Centralised management is available through the Omada SDN platform, allowing network administrators to monitor and configure the network remotely via the Omada Cloud Controller. The router supports load balancing, link backup, policy-based firewall, VLAN, and guest portal features.
